No stranger to leadership through transition, I’m passionate about supporting leaders through their own journeys, either at the helms of their organization or in their lives behind the scenes.

I’m a proud Rochesterian - born, raised, and educated in Upstate New York - and enjoy a deep connection to the downtown community. I started my first businesses here - first a forensic accounting-focused CPA firm, then agetech startup FraudFindr. After a year on a tropical Florida island post-divorce, returned to join the area’s largest and fastest growing CPA firm. Remarriage and motherhood changed my perspective on life and work, and I “retired” to raise our son.

Inspired by the century-old, towering trees that line our historic backyard, Tall Pines was formed so that I could continue to support New York organizations and the leaders that nurture them, ensuring that like my tall pines, our community will thrive for generations to come.
